Shipping policy

To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes advertised, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

NOH Journeys does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from the fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.  Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders could take longer than 10-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Delivery

Depending on your order, you may receive multiple mail pieces. Occasionally, the post office will mark an order “delivered” before making the delivery. If you don't have your order within 5 business days of the “delivered date,” please email nohjourneys@gmail.com with your order number, issue, and mailing address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs for any non-damaged or non-flawed returns or exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
