Refund policy

Each order is made on demand at time of purchase.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOH JOURNEYS issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is cancelled by NOH Journeys
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nohjourneys@gmail.com

Q:     I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can you reship my order to my correct address at no charge to me?

A:     No. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. We will not reship orders that were incorrectly addressed. 

Q:     Do you offer refunds for reasons outside of the above?

A:     No.

Q:     Do you offer exchanges?

A:    If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to NOH Journeys within 14 days of delivery. 

If there is a shipping error on our part, we will gladly exchange for the correct item on your order.

Q:     I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

A:     We create all items on demand. For this reason, canceling may not always be an option. We will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

If your order is in active processing (our team has ordered any necessary supplies, pulled your order, or began any aspect of fulfilling your order) or has already processed, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

We will, however, accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened NOH Journeys package. Returns in this scenario received with open original packaging will not be accepted. You are responsible for covering the expense of returning packages to us.
